A humanoid test subject known as a Diclonius escapes from a lab somewhere, protected by some sort of supernatural powers. She literally paves her way through a sea of blood of her own making and falls into a sea after a failed attempt of stopping her permanently with a sniper.
A while later, the two cousins Kouta and Yuka comes over a naked girl with a peculiar set of horns on her head standing in the ocean. Without the ability to say anything but “nyu” and looking quite lost and forelorn, the two take her with them to their home, name her… well, Nyu, and let her live with them.
What they quickly learn, however, is that some sort of organization is after Nyu. And Nyu herself seems to have another personality within her. Who is Nyu? WHAT is Nyu? And just what is going on?

Kudou Shinichi is an extremely popular 11th-grader who dreams of being the world’s next Sherlock Holmes. The son of a famous mystery novelist and lovely actress, Shinichi has made a name for himself as a brilliant detective, always helping the police solve baffling mysteries much like his idol Holmes.
This obsession with crime-solving tends to grate on his pseudo-girlfriend Mouri Ran’s nerves, though. She can’t help but feel a bit threatened by Shinichi’s dangerous lifestyle…and by the popularity it brings. So she jumps at the chance to get Shinichi alone on a “date” to an amusement park where, much to her dismay, a murder occurs that Shinichi *naturally* solves.
However, when Ran and Shinichi split up for just a short time, Shinichi witnesses a suspicious negotiation between two mysterious men in black. He is caught eavesdropping, and is poisoned by the two men and left to die. However, rather than killing Shinichi, the poison reverts him back into an elementary-school boy!
Bent on finding the mysterious men in black again, and discover a cure to the poison, Shinichi takes on the name Edogawa Conan and lives a double life as “Shinichi’s cousin,” in order to keep his survival a secret from those that poisoned him. He is taken under the care of Ran and her father, Kougoro, a burnt-out, divorced detective who is past his prime. On the road to finding those mysterious men in black, Conan and his friends solve case after case, all while keeping his true identity a secret.

This story is about a time-traveling middle school student, a half-demon, a lecherous monk, a fox demon, a demon slayer, and a nekomata who seek to find all the fragments of the Jewel of Four Souls and to keep them out of the hands of evil doers.
This anime series was really popular when it came out and I find a lot of people that have not seen it watching it from the start to finish its just that kind of anime were you want to add it to the list of animes that you have seen.

Ichigo Kurosaki is a 15-year-old boy with the ability to see spirits, something that he considers more of a bother than a gift. As a last-minute measure, Rukia transfers her powers to Ichigo, whose abundant supply of spirit energy makes him a far more potent Shinigami than she ever was! Soon Ichigo is vanquishing Hollows left and right, and meeting other friends at school with similar abilities. However, Rukia’s transfer of power is forbidden by the Soul Society (the official name of the spirit world), and when their agents come to Earth to dish out the consequences, Ichigo finds that he might have to challenge the entire world of the dead to save her.
Bleach is one of those anime series that really took off when first aired in north america it gain popularity quickly and exploded to become just as popular as naruto and death note at the time.
