   I saw this on a website the other day and I thought it sucked ass. But I may watch it again just cause I have to and I love the deathnote ANIME.

   the movie looks like it will be ok for the fans, but they could have done a better job on that feathery demon thing, it looks like crud

   I was disappointed with the death note movie after having read most of the manga. A lot was left out, but the actors looked dead on…

   I don’t think this is actually going to be in English, is it? Just subtitled. At least that’s what I’ve heard. Still yet, I’m pretty excited. I once had it downloaded a couple years ago, but having the DVD is always much more fulfilling. Anyway, I personally loved the DVD after having watched and read all of Death Note. I’d recommend it.

   I think the whole movie is coming out as a dubed movie with english voice over. But the orginal with subtitles is always the best

   Anyone know when the movie will be comming out in North America? Also, if the movie will be dubbed or subtitled and if dubbed, is there the option to put it in japanese with subs? I know its a lot of questions, but I’m really interested in seeing this movie.

    god i hated that actor who played light “Tatsuya Fujiwara” he was nothing like how the character was supposed to appear,

    Light is charismatic (like able, energetic) the actor however was stiff, showed very little emotion, may aswell have put a mop of hair on a broom stick and said alright you’re Light.

    Light is supposed to appear innocent however the actor made him look shadey and dark and well extremely guilty.

    Light is supposed to look good: “Tatsuya Fujiwara” is ugly as hell, enough said.

    However i was extremely pleased with the performance of Ryuzaki played by Ken’ichi Matsuyama who ot his manerisms down to a ‘T’

    who the heLL are you GRYPH0ns?..to say daT…tatsUYA FUJIwaRA is an UGLY, i think ur Look ugLy thAN eveR… tatsuya deserve his role, he is a great act0r… and gorgeous… (^^)….. so plsss “GRYPH0ns” shut up ur mouTH, ur not a bIG celebrity to say UGLY to mr.FUJIwaRA, i guess u look more worse UGLY than I ever expected haha

    fujiwara has a strong appeal, because of his smile, he really looks like an ANiME,
