PIQ magazine was created to replace the popular newtype USA anime magazine and after only releasing 4 PIQ issues they are saying that July’s issue will be the last! When PIQ was released many fans hated the new issue since it covered a much wider amount of topics not just anime.

“a combination of low advertising revenue, poor business management, and a lack of proper marketing and promotion.”

Is said to be the cause of the failure of the magazine. Many may have seen this coming but how do you feel about this are you glad to see the last issue? The new question is are they going to bring back Newtype USA?
