A Fan site called Rumic World reports that there is a unconfirmed rumor that Rumiko Takahashi will be ending her long running Inuyasha manga series some time this month and that the publication of chapter 558 would be the last. This would end the series at 56 volumes.

2I really don’t like animes that last that long. I used to absolutely love Inuyasha, but the whole Naraku thing got old really fast. But I heard about a month ago that that part of the story did come to an end finally. I never bothered to check it out myself, tho.

4The manga ended on the 18th– but it was kinda vague… Sadly it’ll be left that way though– but yeah– Naraku came to an end and then for the last like 4 chapters it was all about another foe much stronger than Naraku and very evil ._.
